FAQ

Questions!

Process, ownership, revisions, and concert routing.

How does Phantom City Studios differ from a traditional production setup?

We combine creative direction, AI production systems, and brand strategy in one operating model. That lets us explore more visual directions, iterate faster, and keep campaign quality high without dragging timelines into slow, linear production cycles.

Who owns the final delivered work?

Once the agreed project is fully paid, clients receive ownership of the final delivered assets for the intended commercial use defined in the engagement. We retain ownership of our internal systems, methods, and any third-party licensed components not sold under exclusive transfer.

How do you maintain brand consistency across AI-generated content?

Consistency is managed through a controlled production framework, not left to chance.

  • We define a visual direction system before large-scale generation begins.
  • Campaign assets are shaped around brand color, tone, composition, and finish standards.
  • Human creative review remains central throughout refinement and final selection.
  • Where needed, we build repeatable character, voice, or style systems for long-term continuity.
Can you work with an existing brief, brand deck, or agency workflow?

Yes. We can plug into internal teams, founders, agency partners, or direct client workflows. We can operate from a full creative brief, a rough objective, or an early concept that still needs shaping.

What happens during revisions?

Revision scope depends on the package, but our goal is simple: get the work right without losing momentum. Higher-tier engagements are structured for more collaboration, more concept control, and a more iterative creative process before final delivery.

Where does Phantom Concerts fit into the brand ecosystem?

Phantom Concerts is the dedicated live format for institutional, corporate, and bespoke concert experiences. Phantom City Studios leads the studio and brand side, while live presentations are routed through phantomconcerts.in.
