Upon final payment for any project, you, the client, own 100% of the rights to the final, delivered assets. This is a full buyout. You can use it on any platform, in any medium, forever, without any further fees to us. We retain the right to use the work in our own portfolio for promotional purposes, which is a standard industry practice and helps us attract more great clients like you. All the underlying AI models, internal tools, or non-exclusive assets (like licensed music) remain our property.

This is a critical part of our workflow. We achieve brand consistency through several methods:

• Bespoke Digital Actors: For our 'DOMINION' package and above, we can create and train models on specific characters or "digital actors" to ensure their appearance is consistent across all assets.
• Strict Style Guides: We train our models on your brand's specific color palettes, aesthetic principles, and style guides.
• Human-in-the-Loop Curation: AI generates options; our creative directors and artists make the final selections and refinements. Every single frame is reviewed to ensure it aligns perfectly with your brand identity.

During the designated production phase of the project, we allow for unlimited rounds of feedback and changes to the creative work being generated. This is designed to foster experimentation and ensure the final output is perfect. This "unlimited" phase concludes once we move to the final post-production (sound mixing, final color grade), after which revisions are handled on a more structured basis.
